Places available for the London Inter Regional qualifers in Hammersmith

Eamon Brennan – 4th March 2017

The London region qualifying tournament for the English Table Tennis Inter-Regionals will be held at Moberly Table Tennis Club, on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd of April 2017.

The Inter-Regional is an event introduced for the first time in the 2015/16 season for players just below National Championship level. All events are individual events for both boys and girls at U11, U13 and Cadet age groups.

Any player wishing to enter one or more of the qualifying events must return a completed entry form to the tournament organiser before Thursday the 16th March 2017:

Philip Sangchin
14 Crefield Close
Hammersmith
London
W5 8EL

Entry forms can be downloaded from the English Table Tennis Website here.

At each regional qualifier, the two finalists at each age group, boys and girls, will qualify for the Inter-Regional finals. As the Inter-Regional finals also feature team events, the teams will be completed by one or two other athletes selected by their regions. Players can enter as many age groups as they like in the regional qualifiers, but those qualifying for the national finals may only play at one age group.

A full fact sheet for the tournament can be viewed as a PDF here.
