RBKC ‘A Team’ Win Promotion to NJL Division One
Eamon Brennan – 1st September 2015Not one, but two promotions, saw the RBKC’s top junior table tennis team climb out of Divisions Three and Two, to secure a place in the National Junior League’s top division.
This is not an easy tournament by any means, with powerful teams arriving from all over the South of England including the highly talented London Academy squads. But superb performances from Alex, Jacques, Parsa and Benji proved just what dedication and hard work can achieve.
There were also some impressive RBKC performances in the other divisions with notable results from Carlo, Erwan, Joseph, Charlie, Brandon and Joel. A very young and promising RBKC Div Four team consisting of Harry, Shahi and Abed also secured a hard fought promotion to Division Three on the last round of play.
